Watermelon Radiant

This drink will quench your thirst.

Secondly, carrot adds body to an otherwise thin drink.

~ Ingredients
1 watermelon, small
3 carrots
Ice cubes
Rock salt, pepper to taste

~ Method
De-seed the watermelon and chop into small pieces.

Lightly scrape the carrots and cut into small pieces.

Blend the pieces in a mixer. If required, strain.

Add rock salt and pepper.

Serve chilled with ice cubes.
