Exhausted after a day of hard work?

Then it's time to swap those fizzies for something that will really freshen you up.

A chilled, nutritious mocktail is the perfect way to recharge your batteries.

The recipes offered here are vitamin-rich. They have natural sugars which provide energy.

In fact, we guarantee that one of these mocktails everyday will rekindle your brain's grey cells.

Note: Each recipe will give you three to four glasses of approximately 200 ml per serving.

It is preferable to use rock salt in all recipes.
