Mash Melon Twist

This drink is ideal for sports lovers.

The combination of fruits used makes it both tasty and healthy.

~Ingredients

1 mash melon (cantaloupe), medium
1 pomegranate, small
1 pear, medium
Salt, pudina (mint) leaves to taste
Crushed ice

~Method

Pass the pomegranate though the juicer and separate the seeds from the juice.

Chop the mash melon (cantaloupe) and pear into small pieces after removing the non-edible portions.

Blend them in a mixer and extract the juice.

Add the pomegranate juice to melon-pear juice.

Sprinkle salt.

Garnish with finely chopped pudina leaves.

Add crushed ice if you like.

Nutrition notes: The high water content makes this a great drink for fitness freaks.
