3rd T20I: SA hopes on Klaasen-Miller

Axar is back in the attack, a short ball and Klaasen pulls it over deep square leg for a six!

A dot later, Klaasen then cuts the ball for a single.

Miller is then beaten on the cut before he ends the over with a single. 8 come off it.

Miller is the new man in. 

Bishnoi is in the attack now and Klaasen and Miller take three singles from four balls before Miller cuts the ball through covers for a four! A dot to end the over as 7 come off it.

Varun continues and Markram starts the over with a couple before he lofts one over long on for a six!

Markram and Klaasen then take a single each before Markram hits another six over long on.

Short ball next, the ball sticks into the surface and Markram mishits it straight to Ramandeep in the deep. Markram out for 29 and fumes as he walks out. 

Klaasen is the new man in and he plays a dot as a wicket and 4 runs come off it.

Axar continues and Stubbs starts  the over with a single.

Markram then takes a couple to mid-wicket.

Markram then seems to have nicked the ball and Samson appeals for a caught behind. India take the review and lose it as the ultra edge shows no contact between bat and ball.

Markram then takes a single to the off side. 

Stubbs attempts a reverse sweep and is hit on the pads. Big shout and the umpire raises the finger.

Ultra edge shows no bat involved and the ball tracking shows hitting stumps and Stubbs walks back out for  12. South Africa lose 3rd wicket. 

Varun continues and Markram starts the over with a single to the off side.

A dot later, Stubbs comes to the off stump and whips the ball to the leg side for a single.

Markram then hits the ball to sweeper cover for a quick couple.

Markram then tries to loft the ball but doesn't time it and all he manages a single to long on.

A midfield allows Stubbs a single as 6 come off it.

Axar continues and after an expensive first over he comes back nicely to give just three singles in the over.

Tristan Stubbs is the new man in and after a dot, he comes into the line of the ball, goes on one knee and swipes it over  backward square leg for a four.

He ends the over with fierce cut through covers for another four in the over as a wicket and 9 runs come off it.

Varun Chakaravarthy is in the attack now and after a dot, Markram takes a single.

Reeza then comes down the track, misses it completely and is stumped out for 21 off 13. Varun strikes in his first over as SA lose wicket No 2.

Axar in the attack now and Reeza starts the over with a hard cut through third man for a four.

Back to back fours for Reeza cuts in front of square through cover-point for another four.

Reeza and Markram then take a single each before Reeza backs away and swipes it past third man for a four.

A dot to end the over as 14 come off it. 

Markram is the new man in as Hardik continues and Reeza takes a single to start the over.

Markram then takes a single to the leg side to get off the mark.

A dot later, Hardik gets one to angle in and goes just over the off stump to beat Reeza on the outside edge.

Reeza then takes a single to short mid-wicket.

Markram then flicks the ball to mid-wicket and scampers for a couple as 5 come off the over.

Arshdeep continues and Rickelton picks up the ball and flicks it hard over backward square leg for a four!

The batter then tries to pull and he misses. 

Another play and miss and Rickelton is beaten by the low-keeping delivery.

Arshdeep then gets one to move away late from the batter's outside edge. After three dots, a short ball and Rickelton short arm jabs the ball over backward square leg for a six!

The batter then chops it on to his stumps after a thick outside edge onto the pitch goes on to hit the stumps. He is out for 20 off 15. SA lose 1st  wicket.

Players are back on the field and Hardik opens at the other end and Rickelton starts the over with a punch through mid-off for a four!

A wide later, Rickelton takes a single to the leg side.

Reeza then takes a single before Axar puts down Rickelton at deep extra cover and the batters take a couple.

A dot later, Rickelton takes a single to end the over as 10 come off it.

Hardik is set to open at the other end but the umpires have a chat with Suryakumar and the South African players and the players go off the field because insects have invaded Centurion Park. 

Rickelton and Hendricks open the batting for South Africa while Arshdeep opens the attack for India and after a dot, Rickelton takes a single to get off the mark.

Hendricks then slashes at the ball and the ball flies over deep backward point for a four!

A single and a dot later, Rickelton takes a single to backward point for a single as 7 come off it.

India put on 219 for 6 on the board after Tilak Varma smashed his maiden T20I ton against South Africa in the 3rd T20I at Centurion Park on Wednesday.

Maharaj took two wickets for the Proteas.

Axar is the new man in and he only manages a single and just 4 comes off the last over. India make 219 for 6 in their 20 overs. 

Jansen back in the attack and Ramandeep and Tilak take three singles off the first three balls.

A dot later, Tilak plays the ball to the keeper and Ramandeep is run out as he attempts to take a single. He is out for 15. 

Sipamla is back in the attack and Tilak starts the over with a single.

Ramandeep then gets an outside edge over short third man for a couple.

Ramandeep then short arm jabs the ball down the ground for a four.

He then gets a single.

Tilak gets to his maiden T20I century with a smash down the ground for a four! A 100 off 51 balls. 

Sipamla then bowls a front foot no ball. A yorker next, Tilak goes down, picks it up and plays it over fine leg for a six as 19 come off it.

Debutant Ramandeep comes out to bat and he starts his T20I career with a huge six down the ground!

A wicket and 13 runs come off the over.

Simelane is back in the attack and he plays a pitched up ball and Tilak flays it over mid-on for a four.

Tilak then plays the ball to deep cover for a single.

Rinku then gets to his knees and hits it over mid-on for a couple.

A dot later, Rinku is bowled! He is done in by the yorker. And he is out for 8. India lose their 5th wicket. 

Jansen is in the attack and he comes down the track but misses and is hit in his tenders. 

A wide later, Rinku takes a single to sweeper cover.

Tilak then gets a couple to fine leg.

He then takes a single.

A wide and a dot later, Rinku takes a couple to end the over as 8 come off it.

Coetzee is back in the attack, full ball and Tilak gets to the pitch and smashes it over long off for a six!

A dot later, Tilak waits on the ball, full one and just swipes it over deep square leg for another six!

Coetzee comes around the wicket and bowls a wide and he bowls another big wide.

Tilak then plays the ball to the leg side for a single.

Coetzee then bowls a wide bouncer. 

Rinku then pulls and the top edge goes to fine leg for a single. 

Tilak then geta low and scoops the ball behind the keeper for a six! 21 come off it.

Maharaj continues and Rinku starts with a dot.

Rinku comes down the track and plays it to the off side for a single.

A wide ball and Tilak slaps the ball over sweeper cover for a four.

Tilak then pulls it over backward square leg for a six but that was a risky shot.

Tilak once again slogs and reaches for the balls and hits it over deep backward point for a four!

A single to end the over as 16 come off it.

South Africa have done well to pull things back after taking three wickets in a span of a few overs.

Maharaj continues and Hardik takes a single to start the over before Tilak takes a single to bring up his half-ton in 32 balls.

Two dots later, Maharaj hits Hardik on the back leg, big appeal, umpire raises the finger. Hardik takes the review and loses it as the Ultra Edge shows no bat involves and ball tracking shows wickets hitting and Hardik has to walk back for 18 as India lose 4th wicket.

Sipamla continues and he starts with a wide.

Hardik then punches the ball down the ground for a four before Hardik plays and misses.

Hardik then flicks the ball to mid-wicket for a couple.

Hardik then plays the ball past backward point for a single. 

Tilak then takes a single as he pulls the ball to mid-wicket.

Tilak and Hardik then take a tight single as 10 come off it.

Maharaj continues and Hardik hits him for 2 boundaries in the over. 10 come off the over. 

Suryakumar is the new man in and he plays out two dots to end a successful over for the Proteas as a wicket and 8 runs come off it.

Left-arm spinner Maharaj in the attack now and Abhishek comes down the wicket, gets to the pitch of the ball and smashes it over long-on for a six!

Abhishek then takes a single to raise his 50.

Tilak then takes a single to long on.

Maharaj strikes next ball as Abhishek tries to come after the bowler who fires it wide, he misses and is stumped out for 50 off 25 balls.

Coetzee continues after the Timeout and Tilak starts the over with a single to mid-wicket.

Coetzee then bowls a wide down the leg side.

Coetzee bowls a wide bouncer next.

A dot later, Abhishek takes a single to sweeper cover. 

Another wide later, Tilak and Abhishek take a single each.

A short ball and Abhishek pulls it over deep square leg for a six! The ball was called a no ball for height. Tilak gets a couple to the leg side to end the over off the free hit ball and 16 come off it.

Timeout called and India have accelerated the innings after the loss of Sanju Samson in the first over. 

Off spinner Markram in the attack now and Tilak starts the over with a single.

Jansen continues and he bowls a front foot no ball.

Tilak then plays the ball to mid-on and scampers for a single.

Abhishek then turns the ball to backward point and takes a single.

A dot later, short ball next, Tilak goes for the pull, misses but the ball flies off his helmet over the keeper for a four! 

A mandatory concussion test is being done. The batter is fine and plays a dot next.

Coetzee opens at the other end and after a dot, Abhishek gets off the mark with a four as he pulls the ball over backward square leg for a four.

Tilak Varma is the new man in and after a dot, he gets off the mark with a four as he cuts the wide ball through backward point for a boundary.

India openers Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma come out to bat and Marco Jansen opens the attack for South Africa.

Samson plays the first ball for a dot to mid-wicket.

Jansen strikes next ball as the ball keeps low, full ball, comes underneath the bat and crashes into Samson's stumps and he is out for a duck. 

South African captain Aiden Markram has won the toss and elected to field in the 3rd T20I in Centurion, on Wednesday.

India have a debutant in Ramandeep Singh who comes in place of Avesh Khan.

The pitch is expected to help spinners and Varun Chakravarthy is expected to play a big role tonight as well.
