SRH lose Warner early after RCB post 163

The dangerous duo of Jonny Bairstow and David Warner walk out to open the batting for SRH, while veteran Dale Steyn will open the bowling for RCB.

The first ball is slightly wide as Warner leaves it alone before he crashes the next through the covers for a four to get off the mark in some style.

The SRH captain gets the next ball through the same region but only for a couple before he plays out the last three balls to end the first over.

The first ball is full and comes in as Bairstow is struck on the pads before the pacer bowls two wides down the leg side to the right-hander.

He follows it up with a half-volley on the pads as Bairstow clips it past short fine leg for a four.

Poor bowling from Umesh as he drops short this time and Bairstow pulls it over square leg for a six.

But SRH lose the big wicket of captain Warner in unfortunate circumstances. Bairstow hits one straight back as Umesh gets his hand out and manages to deflect the ball back on to the stumps running out Warner, who has backed too far at the non-striker's end.

Bairstow blocks the last two deliveries as SRH reach 18-1 in two overs.
