Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar) leader Rohini Eknathrao Khadse, wrote to President Droupadi Murmu last week asking the Rashtrapati to pardon one murder committed by a woman who was sexually assaulted.

""Majority of women feel discouraged to file a case because society, of which the police is also a part, shames the women first," Khadse tells Rediff.com's Prasanna D Zore in the concluding part of a two-part interview.
