The festive season of Navratri is here.

Most of you who are fasting may be busy cooking up healthy, low calorie snacks for the next nine days.

While you revel in the festive spirit, it is important that you follow a healthy, nutritious and balanced diet. 

Traditionally, some of the delicacies that are widely popular in Indian homes include Sabudana Wada, Sabudana Khichdi and Rajgire ki Puri.

However, over the years, we have seen revellers indulge in the likes of Buckwheat Pizza, Upvas Thepla and more.
