This realistic, off beat film is made by the same director who made the commercial hit, Classmates. Yes, he is Lal Jose. He calls Achanurangatha Veedu personal cinema but we can call it pure cinema.
This is not the kind of film that will complete 100 days in theatres and people queue up to watch. But those who enjoy good cinema will always enjoy it. It will definitely be talked about for a long, long time to come.
