Deepika Padukone
Deepika Padukone, the super model did only one Kannada film, her debut film, Aishwarya. By all means, it was a fantastic debut for her co-star was none other than Upendra. Aishwarya had a fantastic opening partly because of Deepika Padukone. Her screen presence was amazing and the way she danced and how glamorous she looked show that an actress of substance has arrived but she can certainly improve her performance. She is off to a flying start having signed a Hindi film with Shah Rukh Khan to be directed by Farah Khan.
Deepika is the daughter of Prakash Padukone, one of the sports icons of India.
