Scorecard
Dilshan, who was the real engine of a 6th wicket partnership that set up a Lankan record, decided to open out once the 45 over mark was gone - but fell in the attempt, when he slashed at an Ntini delivery that was fullish, outside off. The hit turned into a slice off the edge, and Justin Kemp at third man did well to come in, go low and hold (58/76; 195/6; partnership 97 runs @ 4.47).
It was an important innings by Dilshan. He had his problems early on, but gritted them out, and once Chamara Silva was gone (through Dilshan's fault, really), led the fight-back to good effect.
Arnold (in picture), who worked his way to a gritty 50, looked to try and get a couple of big hits in as the overs ticked by. To a full delivery on off and middle, the left hander went down on his knee and had a swipe, managing only to get a top edge that Boucher ran around to hold (50/73; 208/7).
