India's Parul Chaudhary wins a silver medal while Priti pockets bronze in the in 3000m SC.

Chaudhary clocks 9:27.63 while Priti completes the distance in 9:43.32.

Reigning World Champion Winfred Mutile Yavi of Bahrain won the gold with a Games record timing of 9:18.28 sec.

In August this year at the World Championships held in Budapest, Parul registered a national record in 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:15.31 sec, and in the process qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
