Since last year, Dipika is in senior ranks.
After breaking into the top 100, she climbed the rankings steadily and is now placed at No 64 in the world. The hard work she puts in -- trains for two-and-a-half hours in the morning and another three hours in the evening -- explains her rapid strides.
"It does not get boring as we play with different players every time," says the XI standard student. "We (the players) are on a diet throughout the year. I also swim to relax my muscles," she adds.
