Nine killed as jeep rams train

At least, nine persons were killed when the jeep in which they were travelling rammed into a goods train at an unmanned crossing near Kotha, about 30 km from Ganganagar, on Tuesday, the police said.

The police said the deceased included four women and two children. Senior district police, administration and railway officials rushed to the spot immediately after the mishap.
