Court takes serious view of shifting of Laloo

Central Bureau of Investigation special judge S K Lal on Monday took a serious view of the shifting of two former state chief ministers Laloo Prasad Yadav and Jagannath Mishra to the Bihar Military Police's Phulwari guest house without the court's permission.

Hearing the report filed by state Inspector General of Prisons R K Srivastava, former IG prison N N Pandey and the Beur central jail superintendent, the judge said undertrials could not be shifted without the court's permission.
