Rabri Devi allocates portfolios

Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi on Tuesday allocated portfolios to all her ministers. She has retained the cabinet secretariat, home, personnel, welfare and civil aviation.

The Rashtriya Janata Dal government has 35 cabinet ministers besides the chief minister and 38 ministers of state, according to an official release.
