AP moves division bench against stay on scheduled caste classification

The N Chandrababu Naidu government has moved a division bench of the Andhra Pradesh high court against the stay on classification of scheduled castes by a single judge of the same court.

The division bench comprising Chief Justice Prabha Shankar Mishra and Justice P Ramakrishna Raju on Tuesday inconclusively heard the appeals made by the state government and the Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti.
