32 feared dead as boat capsizes in Bihar

At least 32 people were feared drowned when a country boat overturned and capsized in the surging Kosi river near Pachrasi village in Madhepura district.

Official sources said the ill-fated boat was carrying 40 people. Eight people swam ashore while the others are still missing.
