AP CM furious with Mohan Babu
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has taken a serious note of film star and Rajya Sabha member Mohan Babu's move to launch a people's movement against corruption.
Disclosing that he was against such anti-corruption movements, the chief minister said, ''Let us not talk about individuals. My government has initiated several measures to put an end to corruption and I am leaving no stone unturned to provide a clean administration.''
Asked if he would disclose his assets as demanded by Mohan Babu, the chief minister said, ''It would serve no purpose. My government is prepared for a thorough debate on 'how to check corruption'.''
However, sources said Naidu was furious with Mohan Babu's criticism of ''hi-tech corruption'' which was directed against the the chief minister.
