Sikkim govt to honour 'sons of the state'

The Sikkim government has decided to felicitate soccer star Bhaichung Bhutia, film star Danny Denzongpa and boxer Captain Jashlal Pradhan.

Announcing this, Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling said the state was proud to have produced such national celebrities.

"They brought fame to the state and have helped develop skills and techniques in their respective fields," Chamling said.
