Mumbai, according to a survey by magazine Reader's Digest, is the world's rudest city.
In the survey about common courtesy, taken across 35 leading cities, the magazine found that 'expressing gratitude when helped and talking politely are not part of everyday life in Mumbai'. It has said that New York is the world's most polite city, while other rude cities are Paris and London.
