In a limited agreement between industrialist Sunjay Kapur and actress Karisma Kapoor, the two on Tuesday patched up on the issue of passport for their daughter and told the Delhi high court that they were making 'progress' on other matrimonial issues.
The court then disposed of Kapur's petition seeking to restrain Karisma from taking their daughter Samaira abroad after she agreed to let Sunjay sign the child's passport application.
The court also vacated the August 5 interim order restraining Karisma from taking Samaira abroad.
