At 67, Delhi's Sheila Dixit sure has not allowed age stale her wisdom or administration. And Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, who will turn 71 on June 23, seems to go on forever.
Of this bunch, the youngster is Haryana's Bhupinder Singh Hooda, who will turn 58 on September 15.
