Hundreds stood in line on Monday morning, some even waiting through the night, for a chance to get Clinton to autograph their copies. The Barnes & Noble store issued wristbands, like those issued to ticket holders to rock concerts, to buyers of Living History at 8.30 am for the 11 am book signing.
