Asokan is happy that he is back doing quite a few films, after a break.
Jagadeesh agrees that the naive Appukkuttan, who brings trouble on himself and as well as on the rest of his friends, has been one of the most remembered characters in his whole career as an actor.
"My character is a dentist now, but his inherent silliness is still intact," says Jagadeesh.
Lakshmi Rai plays the heroine in 2 Hariharnagar. She has earlier done films like Rock N Roll, Parunthu and Annan Thampi in Malayalam.
Lyrics by Bichu Tirumala have been composed by Alex Paul. The film is being produced jointly by Lal Creations and PNV Associates.
Cinematographer Venu, who had handled the camera for some of Siddique-Lal's earlier films, is doing the honours in 2 Hariharnagar. The film was shot mainly in Kochi.
