Nothing. I can't pick ideas from other films. That's another reason why I can't remake my own films. I have got an offer from a Los Angeles production house to remake Victory with another form of sport. Nothing is confirmed on that front.

What is your favourite cricket/sports film?

I think Bang the Drums Slowly (John D Hancock's film on baseball) is the best sports film I have seen.

What did you think about Lagaan and Chak De! India?

I dont think Lagaan comes under the sports genre. It's more of a period film. I loved Ashutosh Gowariker's work in it. Chak De, on the other hand, is an authentic sports film.

Who are your favourite actors?

Meg Ryan, Robert Di Nero and Jack Nicholson.

And favourite directors?

Manmohan Desai and Subhash Ghai.

What next?

I haven't thought of anything yet. I love animation. I watch animated films more than my kids. I would also love to go back to cooking and learn it professionally.
