The show was launched by Star Plus 35,000 feet above ground aboard a Jet Airway's Boeing.

The flight's special guests were the judges -- Farah Khan, Karishma Kapoor and Arjun Rampal -- and 10 contestants. The other two couples -- Abhijeet-Shilpa Sawant, Tanushree-Vineet -- were not present due to prior commitments.

After the flight took off from Chatrapathi Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai, the three judges walked the aisle and posed for pictures. Joining the picture taking spree were Jaspal and wife Savita Bhatti who struck a Balle Balle pose and Teejay and Karnvir Bhora.
