What many consider to be the most memorable woman to play a villain in the James Bond series.
Famke Janssen plays the infamous Xenia Onatopp in 1995's Goldeneye. With an interesting background (she was a former Soviet Union era fighter pilot) and even more interesting method of dispatching her enemies, Onatopp joins forces with other villains (including a renegade MI6 agent) whose aim is to gain control of a lethal satellite weapon known as the Goldeneye.
How she meets her end
After Bond comes close to being crushed by Onatopp in a spa, he takes no chances. He succeeds in escaping but runs into her again in Cuba. He manages to shoot down the helicopter that Onatopp rappels down from, resulting in her being dragged away as the helicopter goes down.
