The Return of the director
In recent times, the Yash Raj brand, perhaps, got too occupied with the surface value and nifty packaging, resulting in sub-standard content leaving the viewer feeling dissatisfied and taken for granted.
It reflected on their resume as well. With the exception of Chak De! India, all their films -- Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, Aaja Nachle and Tashan failed to deliver at the BO.
But with Aditya returning to direct (after a good eight years) Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, starring his favourite Shah Rukh Khan and new-find Anushka Sharma, there is much reason to celebrate.
Hopefully, his once potent magic touch will do the trick and bring tons of prosperity to him and his company.
