Last weekend, Amitabh Bachchan officially unveiled his latest character called Bhootnath, for the movie of the same name.
Held at a Mumbai theatre, the function also saw the film's seven-year-old star Aman Siddiqui, Juhi Chawla, Satish Shah, director Vivek Sharma and producer Ravi Chopra.
Bachchan plays a ghost in the film. "I was convinced to do this character, though I had initially said no," he admitted.
Asked if he personally believed in ghosts, Amitabh said he did not. "As I cannot see them, I do not believe that they exist."
