Mani Ratnam's Dil Se saw Manisha Koirala playing a terrorist, who was assigned to a suicide mission to disrupt the Republic Day Parade in New Delhi. Unfortunately, the film -- which also starred Shah Rukh Khan and introduced Preity Zinta -- did not fare well at the box office.
