Candy Man is also among the scariest films I have seen.

The premise of this film is almost child-like. If you say 'Candy man' fives times in front of a mirror, he will appear, and kill.

The film was so scary that I shut it off midway. I was watching it alone at home at 2 am, and it was dark all around me. I went into the bedroom, switched on the light, and saw the mirror in front of me. I stood in front of it, and couldn't resist saying 'Candy Man.'

I said it four times but did not have the courage to say it the fifth time!

Candy Man may not be as frightening as the other films I mentioned but it created a fear in my mind. That's the uniqueness of fear. I'm a director, and I know that the actors are performing, I know about the editing and the background score... But in spite of that, I get scared. That is the power of cinema.
