Aamir: I'm not sabotaging Harman's career

Is it true that when you went for Salman Khan's 10 Ka Dum, Harman Baweja -- whose debut film Love Story 2050 releases on the same day as Jaane Tu -- was invited too. But because Imran and you were there, he was asked not to come.

Aamir: I've noticed that for the past two months, Harman and Harry Baweja have been telling the press that I am sabotaging Harman's career. All I would like to say that it is completely untrue. As far as 10 Ka Dum is concerened, I got a call from Salman. He invited me. Since he called me directly, I have no idea who else was invited. When I saw the first episode of 10 Ka Dum, I sent him an SMS saying that his show is doing really good. That's when he suggested that I come on his show.

The allegations that are dong the rounds are untrue. What if Harry said that I have sabotaged his earlier films too? There is no truth in it.

What do you have to say about Love Story 2050?

Aamir: From the promos, I think Harman has great potential. He is a good dancer, and is very confident. I wish Harman and Harry all the very best and hope he does well in future. The industry needs new talents.

What do you think of Imran as an actor?

Aamir: I think he has done very well. He has a lot of potential. The camera loves him and he is very honest as an actor.

Do you see Harman to be a threat to Imran?

Aamir: Not really. There were films like Gaddar: Ek Prem Katha and Lagaan that released on the same day; Dil and Ghayal released on the same day. So if the film is good, people will want to see it. If it is not good, then they will not watch it. I will not go to theatres and stop people from watching a film, or persuade them to watch another film. It is for the audience to decide. After our work is done, nothing is in our hands.

Is it true that you have invited Lalu Prasad on your show too?

Rakhi: Yes. He has accepted.
