Fitness regime: I have been training Preeti for one and a half years now. When she first came to me, she was not overweight though her fat percentage was high. Her weight keeps fluctuating. Whenever she puts on weight, she starts exercising.
Diet: I usually tell my clients what to eat and if they can't follow, then I refer them to a nutritionist. But in her case, she knows what to eat.
