Yes, this month has seen a lot of new television serials, possibly because there is a new channel in town, NDTV Imagine.

Tele viewers are not complaining, though, because it gives them choice.

Pari Hoon Main

What if you resemble a superstar? That is the premise of Star One's Pari Hoon Main, which explores the life of two girls -- Nikki and Pari -- and their uncanny resemblance to each other.

While Nikki is caring, considerate and a dreamer, Pari is a superstar who is rich, spoilt, short-tempered and insecure. The story leads to a twist in their fates as they swap not just each other's space but also each other's destiny.

The cast includes Rashami Desai in a double role, Karan Mehra and Mohit Mallik.

Catch Pari Hoon Main every Monday to Thursday at 9 pm on Star One.
