Director Peter Sollett adapts this very cleverly titled young romance by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan, and his choice of cast is intriguing, to say the least. Michael Cera of Superbad and Juno plays Nick, alongside Kat Dennings, from The 40 Year Old Virgin, as Norah.

Nick, trying to avoid his ex, randomly asks Norah to pretend to be his girlfriend for five minutes. Cue unexpected romance, as the date stretches into a really long night with two heartbroken teenagers hunting for the next great concert in New York, and themselves.
