Azam Khan is a partner in my construction company. He has been involved in Bollywood for years. He was a partner in the production company, K Sera Sera (which has produced films like My Wife's Murder, James, Sarkar, D, Gayab, Vaastu Shastra...). We have been thinking about this for some time and decided to start our own company.

Yes. We have signed on nine directors -- Sangeet Sivan (Apna Sapna Money Money), Ravi Rai (Anjaane), Jagmohan Mundra (Provoked), Ashwini Chaudhary (Dhoop), Kundan Shah (Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron), Mahesh Kothare (Shubhamangal Savadhan), T Rajiv Kumar (Prem Yog), Shashi Sudigala and Ajay Chandok (Nehle Pe Dehla).

There is a shortage of directors, that's why we signed them up first.
