Raju (Akshay Kumar) is a swindling rascal. Ghanshyam (Suniel Shetty) is a furious bakra. Baburao (Paresh Rawal) is a gullible joker.

Though out of job and money, they score high on adventure. When they get that one big chance to rake in the bucks, they put their differences aside to get the ball rolling.

While their evident incompatibility leads to friction, the common goal compels them to stay on board. The deceitful nature of their camaraderie leads to witty repartee and much-enjoyable travesty on screen.
