Which kid (or adult, for that matter) has not heard of Harry Potter?

The hugely popular book series has made its British author J K Rowling a household name and spawned a series of films that are equally popular.

The films, starring Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson (the principal cast), include the Philosopher's Stone (directed by Chris Columbus), Prisoner of Azkaban (Alfonso Cuaron), Goblet of Fire (Mike Newell) and Order of the Phoenix (David Yates).

Warner Brothers, which holds the film rights to produce adaptations of the two remaining novels -- Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows -- will release Half-Blood Prince on November 21, 2008. And like Order of the Phoenix, this one too will be directed by David Yates.
