Priyadarshan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa is set to hit the screens this week. The film is yet another remake of the 1993 Malayalam blockbuster movie Manichitrathazhu, which was directed by Fazil.
Interestingly there were five assistant director for Manichitrathazhu. Priyadarshan was one among them.
Manichitrathazhu was such a huge hit that ten years later, Director P Vasu made it in Kannnda as Aaptamitra with Soundarya as the central character playing Shobhana's role.
He then made it again in Tamil and Telugu as Chandramukhi, in which Jyothika stepped into Shobhana's shoes. Now, we have yet another remake of the same movie; this time in Hindi.
