Juhi Chawla: Juggling PTA meetings & Salaam-E-Ishq

Looking every bit the South Indian woman in her gajra and bindi that she plays in the film, Juhi says that different types of movies fascinate her now.

"I do films in which I have either a major contribution or am in some way, involved in the script. I am not doing protagonist roles. Like in Salaam-E-Ishq and Swami, I play the protagonist's wife. In Bhootnath too, I play a mother but the major part of the film is between the child and Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan). But then, there are just three or four characters in the film, so I get equal importance."

Juhi may not be seen often on the big screen these days but that does not mean she's not working. For one thing, she's been doing a lot of regional movies. "I did two Punjabi films which I really enjoyed," the actress said. "I am not pressed for anything now. It's not like I have to do everything that comes my way, even if I have not worked for a month. I love being with my kids. I like to chill out and have good time. So I do films only if I like them."
