Everyone has a different style of working and I'm no different. I think my age is a limiting factor in the kind of roles available. Some roles may not gel with my personality, image or my age. So, I cannot play a mature character. However, what little variety I get makes life little interesting for me. It is just been one year that I've been in the industry and it's too early in my career, but I want to do different kind of roles.

Fond memories

Performing the lavani number (Marathi folk song) Mala lagli kaunachi hichki was the best experience in my life. I was familiar with song, though I could not speak Marathi fluently. And, I always thought that I would get to perform in the navari sari (nine yard sari), as I had seen it done during my college days in Pune.

So, when Vishram told me about the song, I was super excited.

I also had a scare while shooting the song. A scorpion was brought for the shoot, which was shut in a jar. I thought that it was fake and when it moved, I jumped up and ran to the other side of the stage. All the extras burst out laughing when they saw my scared expression. But, despite that I really enjoyed the shoot.
