This shot was retouched partly on Photoshop. We made it look like it was shot underwater. Shooting underwater is not the easiest thing to do. To get that expression and mood is difficult, and you can't talk to the model underwater!

I had to consult with underwater photographers and specialists, and studied how the hair and outfit would flow underwater. We shot with four storm fans to make her outfit fly and make it look like she was floating. But later, we reduced the fans.

She's holding a bowl while jumping. It's a fantasy shot of a mermaid, an angelic person releasing the goldfish into the water.

A lot of thought and construction had to go in before we did the shoot. Rocky S did the outfit. I told him that I did not want a figure-hugging dress, while he wanted her to wear a swimsuit. But how do I show that it flowed underwater? So he made this outfit.

Bipasha was also not comfortable with a bikini, though the picture was taken after Dhoom:2 was shot. In a motion picture, the scene comes and goes. But here, the picture will be in front of people for an entire month, if not longer.
