I have an untitled film with Ashtavinayak opposite Kunal Khemu where I play an orphan Mausam, a wannabe journalist. It shows my transition from a vulnerable, unexposed girl to a bubbly woman who goes on to become a serious journalist.

Then I have Arindum Mitra's Shunya (rumoured to be based on former cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin life and deals with the issue of match fixing) opposite Kay Kay Menon.

I am also doing Manish Gupta's Hostel with Vatsal Seth. It's an action packed film based on hostel life and ragging.

I've signed Amol Shedge's Kabhi Kahin, which is based on reincarnation.

What about your three-film deal with Sanjay Gupta?

I was supposed to be a part of Dus Kahaniya but sadly, it didn't work out. We had blocked dates but for some reason, it kept getting postponed. Then I had committed to some other projects and I couldn't back off. But we definitely plan to work together in future.
