L' Homme de Rio (That Man From Rio)
With a script heavily influenced by Tintin comics, Philippe De Broca's 1964 farcical secret-agent movie remains a most entertaining watch. The French film is a crazy ride, and backdropped superbly by Rio and Brasilia, two truly spellbinding cities.
