I haven't spoken with her about this, but I guess she might be proud that she is the one who gets to be with me. She is proud and happy I am doing this -- we have been together before it happened, before I was picked for this role, here in Los Angeles, when I was just a bartender. Her name is Courtney Ford, and she is an actor and a producer.
The female attention is certainly flattering. I am happy where I am in my life though, I am stable, and as long as you are stable, it doesn't really affect you.
Superman has been often interpreted as a sort of Jesus clone...
Personally, I think we are not alone in this world, we are not a whim; I believe there is a power greater than us. I think Superman as Jesus is a powerful analogy, it is easy enough to see how that comes about -- the character is in many ways very Christ-like, and the most important thing about that interpretation is the positive feel that comes out of it.
