What was working with a highly disciplined director like S Narayan on Sevanthi Sevanthi like?
Frankly, I was too scared to accept the film. I discussed it with Parvathamma Raj Kumar, who is like a mentor to me. I would have missed something important in my life if I hadn't accepted it though. Narayan is strict, but I found him to be a good tutor.
Tell us a little about Datta…
All dialogues for the film have been shot. It was a good opportunity for me to work with Darshan, as I had missed an opportunity to work with him in an earlier film. Datta will be a treat for all segments of the audience. It has romance, comedy and action in the right proportions. Director Gurudatt has made the film very well.
I have also come closer to Darshan's family members, and am already working in their family project Jote Jotheyalli, which is being directed by Darshan's brother.
