One of the youngest comedians ever to perform on the hugely popular The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, Brad Garrett has had years of experience making people laugh. It's hard not to notice him, standing as he does at 6 feet, 8 inches.

Born in California in 1960, Garrett dropped out of the University of California and Los Angeles after a mere six weeks, opting for a career in comedy instead. It appears to have been a wise decision, considering he went on to win a $100,000 prize at a 'Star Search' contest in 1984.

He has, over the years, landed a great many prestigious gigs, sharing space with luminaries like Diana Ross and Liza Minnelli. Who can blame them? Watch him bumble around as Robert in Everybody Loves Raymond, and you'll want to share space with him too.
