In Nagesh Kukunoor's charming coming-of-age comedy set in a boarding school, realism is not to be scoffed at.

And while we appreciate the director's own role as Johnny Matthews, the physical education instructor, we were much more drawn to the eminently worshippable Nandita Das, a teacher with the superbly unlikely name of Lily Vegas.

The protagonist's crush on her was understandable.
