Neeta Lulla, Ash's long-time designer, has not designed her Cannes outfits this year.

Lulla told a national newspaper, 'After the lambasting we got last year, the cosmetic company that Ash is the brand ambassador for wanted to decide what she would wear this time.'

Lulla, for her part, has designed a black embroidered sari with a black sleeveless blouse for Ash at Cannes.
