Christian Bale
But the bat, he returneth.
Hollywood has been taken over by the men from Marvel comics. There's the webslinger, making more money than anyone in comic history. There's the gang of mutants working under the bald guy, and the adamantium-clawed one has actually become an A-lister.
After six years, Bruce Wayne has come back. And the job is a tough one. Christopher Nolan, director of Memento, picked Bale, best known for his part in American Psycho, and his recent Kate Moss thin role in The Machinist.
Bale is deservedly intense, and peculiarly art-house an actor for a project of this magnitude. Not to mention he isn't exactly pin-up material.
